  • Disgusting treatment of a customer. I was given a car with several warning lights and messages on. The owner was aware of them and told me not to worry about them. During my rental, the power steering failed leaving me no option but to tow the car home at a $200 cash expense to me. The owner refuses to compensate me, telling me those lights weren't on and engaging in a struggle of "he said, she said". Now...I'm on the hook for $200 and essentially being called a liar.
