  • Fast yes. But the guy helping me was not relaxed or easy going. He got very defensive when I asked questions about the whole process. No patience for questions whatsoever. For that reason, I will not return. Learn to relax, it is just emissions testing. Not brain surgery. And not everyone is as knowledgeable as you so take the time to explain to customers how the rules work.
