I will give an additional 2 stars for the help that I received from Sonika the manager. I will never use UPS to ship again because of the poor service received by every other employee I had interactions with. They lost my package and kept closing my claim until Sonika helped but I still ended up being out $315.40 for this package. I turned in receipts for $363.03 in merchandise that was lost and $96.82 for shipping costs, they only refunded $144.45!
