  • Well I see by the reviews that many people are giving this hotel harsh reviews. I can't speak much towards all their problems but I can tell you about my experience. I book in advance on a non refundable reservation. I got to the hotel well after midnight. When I showed up the front desk had my room and reservation ready to go. Fast and painless! I used the free internet without a problem. My room was newly renovated and I had no complaints. Other parts of the hotel were under renovation. Looked like new decor as well as new carpet being installed all over. Now is when I came into some problems. I was working nights and needing to sleep during the day. The renovations were noisy and there really was nothing that could be done about that. The hotel staff let me move to a different floor and we hoped that would help but if you have ever heard a hammer drill on concrete you would know that you simply can't get far enough away. Through this whole ordeal the staff was awesome. They tried everything in their power to make my experience great. Thanks Greg! After it was all said and done my non refundable prepaid room was refunded with an apology (no necessary but appreciated) I for one will be visiting this hotel again! After the renovations are complete of course :)
