| - I love GMO free, local vegan food. This grocery store supplies a lot of more exclusive foods, which you can't often buy at normal grocery stores. I definitely adore their range of foods and produce, for sure a fan of that.
The staff is helpful, and the store itself is well kept, clean and neat. Most of the time. I do recall, in the bulk food area, there was a large fly looking insect in between the nuts. Which was disgusting, so I didn't touch them, but it happened just once, during a hot day in the summer, so I honestly can't blame the staff or anything.
The one thing I can blame, is that the food, in the "fresh food" aisle, where you can serve yourself food and eat, is not always fresh. The meats normally are very fresh and succulent, that's what I've heard, but the vegan options, are very limited, and I tried this quinoa/cranberry vegan quiche food, and it was so dry, hard and old that I couldn't even cut through it. The food in that aisle is never consistent. Sometimes it's all fresh, and there's a mountain of it, or there is barely any, and it's all old.
The prices, are also INSANELY HIGH. Do not buy household items, like towels, or toilet paper, because it will drain all your money. Whole Foods is extremely pricy, so be prepared to spend much more than you would have guessed.
I like shopping there, but my views on the store have lowered, and I am not nearly as excitable about it as I used to be.
