Went on a Tuesday dinner time 530pm. Cost was $40. Inside was clean. Not much quality of food. The asian theme barely had any asian entree. They did serve small bowls of pho! Something I have yet to see in vegas buffets. Standard seafood. Crab legs. Cold or steamed. Cocktail shrimp. Various mussels. Some sushi that was weak. Had Italian and Latin food also. Craving station also. 3 star because the quality and quantities didn't meet my expectation for a buffet in a higher end hotel such as the Aria.
I came hungry. I didn't walk out full. That meant the quality didn't give me the wow factor to continue to fill this belly.
Advice. Pay the extra 20 to eat at Bachannal buffet at Ceasars Palace.
