  • We went with two other couples for dinner and some bowling. The food and service were quite good. We were booked to bowl after dinner and that's were our experience went sour. We had the great displeasure of dealing with an inexperienced manager. His unwillingness to listen to his customer was quite disappointing after we spent a considerable amount on dinner and drinks. A simple misunderstanding with his staff led him to argue with me in front of other customers. The interactions we had with middle management has surely put a great displeasure with the The Ballroom. If you are looking for a restaurant that doesn't offer dessert and has extremely rude management then I encourage you to try The Ballroom.
