rev:text	DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! CROOKS, CROOKS ,CROOKS, JUST OUT TO MAKE A BUCK AND SCREW YOU IN THE PROCESS! We bought a truck and got a 90 warranty, that in the end covered nothing and only up to $500, which they did not bother mentioning at all. We had the truck for 20 days and had it in the service shop 6 times. We first called them after we found out all the issues it had and the salesman, Phil, said , " oh bring it back and we can fix all that stuff." We drove the 45 minutes back, left it over night. Lots of time spent driving back and forth because the engine light came on. We picked it up and when I asked for a record of what was done, I was told they didn't keep record of that and he blew me off and told him that that was the biggest crock of shit I have ever heard and he just walks off and starts talking to someone else. Still no record, why because they didn't do any of the work that we were told would be done! Next day, engine light back on, they don't want to answer our calls and are very good at evading! In the end we go to a reputable mechanic because we don't even trust Ideal Cars to even do the work at this point, over $1000 dollars worth of work needs done and even thought the service warranty that we have says it covers the issue, according to them they have written so many loop holes in it, that it actually covers NOTHING AT ALL! My husband and I have both asked to speak with a manger many times, but of course they are never available and their minions who tell you they will have them call you never do! I'm still waiting to hear from a manager! I don't know how any of these people sleep at night! Karma is a bitch people, just remember that!
