  • Hobby Lobby has a large selection of products and items for crafting and decorating stuff. I wish that their customer service would have been better today. Of the three ladies that helped me, none were extremely helpful. The items I had on hold were not kept at the sale price as promised from my previous visit. Also, when I asked about the location of some pastels I was holding, I was told to look where I found those. And finally when I tried to use my school's tax exempt form, I was told that I needed a check made out by the school or a school credit card in order for them to honor the tax exemption. I was not told that in my previous visit. The other craft stores in town have shown that they want my business much more.
