  • It's amazing how one employee can make such a big difference in your shopping experience. Normally I would give Pet smart a three star at best. Their store is always clean and you can normally find an employee fairly quickly however, that where it stops. most times they have no product knowledge and no patience. The other day that changed. We were greeted by a young lady named Morgan. With a smile and great product knowledge she answered every question. She knew more about the products than managers have known on previous visits. This young lady should be in management. She should be teaching other employees. Thanks Petsmart for upping your game by hiring people like Morgan.
