  • Barriques is a go-to for me as someone who walks from home to school every day during the work week and stops off for a quick Mocha to go most every school day. Speed is of the essence for me and the barista's(who for the most part now know my order in advance) have me in and out in 3-4 minutes which I really appreciate. The reason I can't give 5 stars come down to the hallmark of any frequent flyer(100+ visits) such as myself, the loyalty/rewards system. Before March 1st of this year Barriques used Belly as their rewards program with the ability to claim your reward on the iPad show it to the barista and be on your way. Now its more complicated. They now use Revel POS as their rewards system. It requires that I tap "Add Rewards Card" then enter my phone number on the iPad then its approved by the barista then I select that I want to use a reward, THEN I select which reward I want to redeem. Yes I get that from a business side of things you want POS and Loyalty under one system(Revel) but from a consumer side of things it's a lot of steps to earn and then redeem each "visit". My menu shortlist: 1. Medium Mocha, 2% with whip 2. Medium Baby Grasshopper 3. Mexican Hot Chocolate
