Hmmm..., I can't give zero stars so one will have to suffice. Horrid customer service (no greetings, no smiles, & no assistance)and mediocre gun sales staff (general knowledge and batf regulations). Their in-store prices are competitive and the military discount is valid 365 days which is good. Although, they stare at a minority shopper with a military i.d. like they've just seen Jesus and he slapped them with the good book.
I have several years retail firearms, ranch, home furnishing, and grocery sales experience. A college education, global, and military experience.
Update 12/14/2016: Waited about a year and then went back a few more times. Their customer service seemed okay for the most part until tonight's visit when I was uncomfortably followed around by one-to-two employees while wandering around the store. This was a very uncomfortable visit for me and I'm not sure if I'll ever return to that store again. Normally, as a male Native American in the East Valley you get accustomed to a certain amount of racial bias directed towards you but this was to the point of feeling like an encouraged employee practice and not some random individual with racial animosity towards "other" people.
