rev:text	Ok, I wanted to write an update on my review a few months ago. I wrote that I was offered a promotional 7 night certificate for attending a webinar. It was iffy if I was going to get it since I didn't see it right away. I later DID receive the certificate and I did surf the places and times. The places seem ok and some look pretty decent like in Mexico. I had an issue with the certificate today as there were cost to all the places but other times it was zero cost (as it should be considering it was a FREE seven night stay). The cert says it expires today but I think I can use it till today and tomorrow it will be over. Well, after my first review, I was messaged by Chelsea at Sears Vacation asking me to send a personal message so she can look into my certificate. I didn't message her since a week later I got my certificate. I actually ended up emailing the person that invited me to the webinar and he responded saying the certificate is in my account. At any rate, today when I ran into the issue of being charged at these resorts, I messaged Chelsea. She did respond quickly and said I will be contacted about this today. well, I did receive a call from Alejandro and he was VERY nice and accommodating. He said the reason my hotel places had a cost is because my certiicate actually expires TODAY and that is the reason. OH, ok then. That makes sense. So at least I was given an explanation. I actually called earlier and spoke with two people before Alejandro and they basically told me my certificate is not really free because prices fluctuate. Huh? Then he transfered me to a girl that tried to SELL me more upgrades to my membership. That was when I contacted Chelsea. Anyhow, that is how I finally was connected to Alejandro who help me throughly. I do appreciate his help and this is what customer service is about.
