  • Auto shops are commonly known to be businesses that can be quite shady and focused only on generating profit. Overcharging, recommending unnecessary replacements and even worse being malicious with your vehicle without your knowledge to present a "problem" that they have uncovered. Panda Auto is the exact opposite. I took my car to here after a recommendation from my friend. I've had overheating issues and leakage in my cooling system and took it here after receiving a quote from them via Yelp. The two guys there Mike and Kevin took care of me right away, had my car diagnosed and within 10 minutes of waiting they came to visually show me the exact problem. They told me the cost upfront, gave me a turnaround time (1-1.5 hours which they delivered on) and made me feel comfortable in their waiting area. Their lobby had a giant slogan painted on the wall. "We keep everything Black and White". Spot on. Fast, honest, genuine and a job well done. Glad to have discovered this place, will take my car here as long as these awesome guys are in charge.
