  • Don't go here! I bought a package for laser hair removal. I couldn't get an appointment until 9 weeks later. I spoke up and said this was unfair but they didn't care. The receptionist and the owner both hung up on me when I politely challenged them. The owner and staff are rude, unprofessional and basically run a scam. They take your money and then won't fit you in. Go anywhere but here. Horrible customer service. SCAM.
