| - Recently just open new Boba Place.
Wasn't too busy when we came around lunch time.
Nice parking lot outside as it is in the plaza area. Next to Koreatown.
Inside is newly renovated and has a nice atmosphere Grey yellow theme.
Plenty of tables and seating around. AC is working just fine in there. Restroom is also clean and pretty chilly inside.
They do have Wi-Fi, but I didn't test it out.
Price for Milk tea is around $3. You can add boba in for $0.50 more. They also have purple sticky rice topping for like $2. Did not try that, I just had the boba.
They also have a soup like sweet dish, forgot what the name of the types that they called it.
Did not try it out this time.
I had the milk tea at 50% sweet and 50% ice. I can maybe do 30% sweetness and it would still be fine. The Boba that they gave me was just made, so it was warm, which made drink warm as well. The milk tea is obviously better when it's chilled or cool. Milk tea is decent.
And then I also try the mix fruit tea, at 75% in at 25% sweetness. Both taste similarly sweet. They were nice enough to remake the second drink at 25%, even though it was still sweet.
Nice big chunks of fruit inside the tea, which is nice if you want to eat it. Overall good flavor.
Downsides:
Seeing how this is a new place, management is still improving. Making the milk tea took longer than expected, even though it wasn't too busy at the time.
The size of the milk tea in the fruit tea are in similar cups, but definitely not as much as other places. Unfortunately they only have one size, I believe.
Come check out the milk tea, if you're okay with just 1 size cup, that might not be enough.
Pricing is not too expensive.
