Yet again it was another poor customer service experience at this location. I have held off several times on writing a review because I wanted to give them a chance. Six months is long enough and today I was livid with the response of one of the associates behind the counter. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because it's Starbucks. I am confused as to how this group can be so unorganized and why it takes so long to get drink. Just come out in he afternoon and see the masses waiting for a beverage. Goodness forbid they get sidetracked and forget to put your food in the oven. You'll be waiting even longer. I really wish there was a Starbucks closer to where I work. I would bypass this location. If these customer service issues continue to exist, I just may have to switch coffee brands while at work.
