  • Very impressed that the owner for Pure Plumbing reached out not only to apologize, but offered a resolution to more than make up for the original experience. I never asked for anything and never expected to hear back from them. This tells me the business truly cares about its customers. I originally selected Pure Plumbing because of the numerous positive reviews on Yelp. Based on how they are handling my incident, I think it's very safe to assume they do quality work and what happened to me was just a fluke. I would consider contacting them again for my next plumbing related issue.
