  • So comes to getting massages not really the expert to write review on. Second time ever had professional massage. My brother got me gift card for my birthday from Massage Envy. It worked out pretty well post Chattanooga IM. My body was looking forward to some pampering or working the kinks out. I went in day before set up my appointment. The front desk staff was awesome. I told them it was my first time and using gift card. They ask me the times looking for and everything went really smooth told me come in little early fill out forms before my appointment. Friendly. Nothing better getting calm or zen state of mind with awesome front desk staff. The day of my appointment felt the same awesome vibe from the front desk staff. They went over the forms needed fill out with IPad. Once I got done lead me into wait room inside. It tiny but with the natural sounds or zen state of mind sounds. The water fountain or little water decor. It was easy start relieve any tension before massage. I had Atsushi. He was awesome. We went over my forms. Very professional. I told him wanted whole body general massage. He hit the whole body. 60min later was feeling great!! Ready even more so get back to some tri training. Once done gave me short evaluation. Also make recommendations for the next visit if you make one or if you have monthly membership. The ladies at the front desk explaining the cost and the things comes with it. Like mention earlier massages or skin treatment monthly basis. So not my thing. Massage Envy it was a wonderful experience from the minute walked in and left feeling great! Atsushi would highly recommend based off my experience. If in need for professional massage I definitely would recommend Massage Envy!
