  • A few months ago I was illegally denied to this apartment complex after paying all the fees due to my service dogs. Brooke Russo was the leasing consultant who "helped" me. I had submitted all the correct documentation, licenses, tags, and certifications for my service dog. I think it all came down to the breed of my service dog (pitbull) which is part of the reason why I got illegally denied. I had the owners of the company who trained my service dog to reach out since I passed every part of the application except for the service dog part. Brooke repeatedly LIED and said I backed out of the lease, and LIED about wrongfully denying me. Which is completely false. Why would I pay hundreds in application fees to just back out. I have saved all her emails denying me for no reason. I don't have a "therapy" dog, I have a legit service dog for specific needs. Brooke broke federal laws, and service dog rights. It was a blessing in disguise that I got illegally denied bc I wouldn't want to have dishonest lying people like Brooke associated with me and a place where I live.
