  • Recently my car had been towed illegally by a tow company (which I am trying to fight!) When I picked up the vehicle there was damage to my car! The tow company had no remorse handed me a paper to fill out and wanted me to be on my way. First thing in the morning I called statefarm and spoke with Ruth. She made me feel so much better by letting me know everything they were going to do to help me. She was patient with all my questions and very genuine. She set up everything from which body shop to take the car to.. To calling the car-rental company for me! I highly recommend them!
