  • Asked for a bid and while he was nice he created more problems than he was willing to solve. I asked to provide an estimate for a whole house remodel and while the details are necessary they can be figured out along the way. I ended up going with a different contractor because the guys i went with knew a general idea of what needed to be done and gave me a good estimate. This guy never sent a darn thing. He just kept talking about up to code this and that.
