  • First visit ever to a full service massage and beauty spa. In my not-at-all-high-class lifestyle, this place allowed me a hint of what it might be like. A canopied red carpet entry with doors that open into a well decorated legendary themed lobby. Marilyn Monroe representing her known-for fame on the right wall. The artist did admirable work with what looks like a sketch of her, glamoured and glossed. There are four chairs in the lobby accompanied by a distinguished looking library lamp and Andes mints in a bowl. Very artsy classy lobby put together. And around the wall displayed in encased shelving, their health beauty products that many woman wish they could pamper their skin with everyday; possibly many women also do. Take a look at the reception desk area. Definitely stands out - as it should, being the first view once opening the business doors. I asked if it was okay to take pictures for Yelp. "Of course!" was the answer, "you should see the Spa Lounge you'll really want pictures in there." That was a true statement. What a marvel! There were lounge chairs that you can rest up your legs and watch TV. Attention doesn't draw to the TV though. I'm drawn the the art on the walls. In the lounge, beverages and fruit are offered for your wait. I hadn't a chance to wait that long, nor spoil my time on one of those lounge chairs. Although I didn't get a full service spa package, Rebecca was my masseuse. I was lead to a Cat Woman themed room. How appropriate... How'd she know that I have cats? She performed a Swedish style massage to release neck and shoulder tension. What was different about the Swedish massage compared to the ones I generally get for a lower cost, was the techniques were slow targeted pressure application. Around the shoulder blades, where usually I feel ouchy if the masseuse uses elbows, Rebecca's technique didn't give me that pain shock. Not sure what she was doing to help the back of my neck muscles, but it helped greatly. I only wish the neck and shoulder massage lasted longer. I must've dozed off, cuz it helped that much! This is a place I couldn't go to all the time. But I recommend services here, if you have the means to get a luxury massage and spa treatmemt. The ladies are professional and courteous. The treatments that are offered here cater to health beauty, hair care salon, massage therapy and wellness, plus some salon services I missed listing. Do check them out. Make time prior to your appointment to admire their art displays. There are a couple reasons this spa salon has the name it uses... Legendary and luxury.
