  • This clinic is very disorganized and confusing. They called me at 5:15 pm to apologize for turning down my husband, who arrived at their clinic at 4:45 pm for a 5:00 pm appointment. My husband and dog were not seen at all, and I was upset and confused as to why there was a mix up in the first place. Get your act together, VCA Hualapai!
