  • TERRIBLE service/mediocre food. Owner is RUDE as eff!! This man needs to learn The Golden Rule. I thought I was being punked, or having a nightmare from hell. I stupidly gave this joint a second chance (everyone has a bad day) but if you work in customer service, suck that bad mood up, and be a decent human being! I heard the OWNER CUSS at patrons and demand they leave. My server rolled his eyes because my friend and I shared a meal. This place is THE WORST!!!! Shame on The Grotto!!
