  • Worst experience in my life. I'm not over exaggerating either.. I asked for a simple shellac (easiest friggen thing to do usually) .. The girl at the front desk was less than welcoming (& had me sign in and out, I've never been asked this at a nail salon.. It wasn't an Inconvenience, just really strange). So I go to the nail technician and right of the back she grabs my hand super forcefully as if I was piece of meat or something. She had to take off my bio gel manicure and she tried ripping the things right off my fingers without using any tool to carefully take them off like every other nail salon in existence. She broke 3 off my nails and at one point my one nail started to bleed. I left with sore hands and my nails all different lengths so when I got home I had to re file them again myself. I have never had anyone vigorously file my nails before. Idk if this girl was having a bad day or what but I know I sure did after that.
