  • They have a really knowledgable staff. They sell a lot of seasonal items as well as high end clothes. They definitely cater to the high end in Chagrin Falls. If you are looking for something ski or bike related they probablly have it. I agree with Kevin on the adult employee issue. Finally, get rid of all the kids who do nothing but text while you are paying them to work... ugh. And a lot of their employees have been there for awhile. So they are obviously well treated. They are attentive to you while you are shopping
