  • Service here could be better. Employees should take the initiative to approach customers. I was looking at ukuleles and the employees in the store just stood around instead of coming up to me and asking if I needed help with anything. I had to go up to an employee to get what I wanted. The employee who ended up helping me get my ukulele was friendly though. He worked fast and was even nice enough to tune my ukulele for me.
