The lines at this Ross are unreal and the service is nonexistent.
Here's the deal with Ross. There are typically more clothes on the floor than are on the racks, the price tags are nearly always missing, and the employees never look happy to be there.
I periodically make the mistake of stopping off at this Ross to see if there is anything there or if there are any good deals to be had. Rarely I'll find something -like a pair of shoes for example -that interest me enough to wait in line for 40 minutes, while listening to screaming children.
This Ross location would be much better if it had a larger staff and more cashiers. I've lived in the area since it opened, and sadly, it has always been managed the same way. Sparse staff, long lines, and a "security" guard who couldn't outrun me (and I'm a fat guy).
Sad to say it, but this Ross is exactly what it has always been. Dirty, crowded, with unhappy employees working there.
