  • I had the worst experience at this location yesterday. I frequent here a couple times a month and came in yesterday around 11 for an açaí bowl with peanut butter. After waiting 35 minutes and watching a bowl be made with just bananas and strawberries my name was called so I asked the girl did she not put açaí in my açaí bowl and she replied "oh I must have forgotten " and I asked about the peanut butter and she replied "I forgot that also". So with this I said how could you not put açaí in an açaí bowl and she then informed that as she was making my bowl they ran out of açaí and it takes about 30 minutes to "cut" so since I had already waited so long they just needed to give me something. No apology, no asking if I'd like something else or a refund . She just stared at me as I said I waited 30 minutes for an açaí bowl that I came here for and your telling me your his giving me something I didn't order since I already waited and she just blank stared back. I am not one to complain or wrote bad reviews especially at a place I love but I will never go to this location again. This was the worst customer experience I've ever received and I cannot believe there was not even an apology from this worker.
