  • I was delighted to see something new in the Concord Mills food court when I was there running errands the other day. I am a fan of Pho, but was in a weird mood and wanted some veggies in my soup. Pretty sure it was the owner sitting to the side, and he overheard my request for vegetables. The girl at the counter didn't seem to know what to do. I ended up ordering the chicken and vegetable Pho. I only wanted a regular size, but realize she was already given me the large without asking, so pay attention to that. When I opened my large cup it was not filled to the top- check out the photo. Wondering if that was on purpose or not. The soup base was pretty good, and the veggies were OK, as well as the noodles. The chicken was clearly microwave grilled chicken, and that kind of grossed me out. As another reviewer mentioned, my cilantro was also a bit wilted. For mall food, it was decent, but I won't be running back. They had other things and I did see that they have a Bahn mi, which I wouldn't mind trying. They had a ton of varieties of Pho.
