| - DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat. Do not go here. Completely unprofessional!! FILTHY! They have cats just running around, dead bugs hair everywhere...
they do not know how to accurately answer any questions without being rude and condescending.... They do not how to accommodate frantic worried parents. Their receptionist JOSH was nervous, rude and lack of a better word an asshole to my Rottweiler. I'm not sure if he even knew how to deal with a dog bigger than a Chihuahua. My dog could not walk let alone stand up, but forced her onto a table to weigh her (me and my husband were just outside the door and could hear him yelling at my Rott to make her get up) my dog was scared, in excruciating pain but didn't care or knew how to handle it. Yelled for the other staff member loud (SHELBY!) me and my husband were scared and worried frantically wondering what the hell was going on!! She told us "When your dog can see you they won't listen to us, so I'm going to shut the door" UGH. Almost a few minutes later he came back out and sat in his chair with a dirty look on his face and sweating...... I asked him "Is she okay?!" He said. No she's not okay. I said "why what's going on?!" He said "she's in a lot of pain. And she's aggressive. I had to put a muzzle on her." I said " I know she's in a lot pain.... she's not mean." After 2 grand of spending you would hope they would be a little nicer...
found out she had crystals in her urine... the vet just "educated" us more like insinuating we don't take care of her nutrition and she was 5 pounds over weight. Thanks for the heads up.
Oh & don't expect them to call you the next day or to follow up on your pet either.
Update:
-Shannon F I guess thinks she knows what happened because of course she was there... not. Get a handle on who works for your stupid company and get back to me. By the way, maybe you should give me call and say that to me personally. Since you think responding to a Yelp review is a sincere response. And yes, you had dead cockroaches on the floor and it hadn't been swept. Cats should be taken back to a room and closed without question. Considering I asked Josh to lock them up, and he didn't.
I work for a state board & yours wouldn't have passed, just count yourself lucky,
Also Shannon whoever you are, make sure your dumb receptionist doesn't have Alzheimer's. Because he told us we didn't pay our $75 co pay and almost made us pay AGAIN because he didn't keep his receipt. My husband had to dig it out of the trash just to prove it to him. And honey, I don't post dishonest reviews. You're just in denial of your toxic animal facility.
