  • We brought our Yorkies here about a month ago. They were perfectly fine when we dropped them off. They had our dogs for over 6 hours, I called 5 hours in and they still had not started grooming them. They called me to pick them up when they finished and as soon as we let them out of the kennel when we got home our female Yorkies eye was swollen shut. I understand dogs move around but they didn't have the decency to tell us they cut her or whatever they did. So the next day we took her to the vet our bill was about $100. They vet said she had definitely been cut and had to be on meds. We asked the owner about it before we took her to the vet and she said "well I saw her eye was watery, let us know what the vet says and I'll see what we can do." Then we call her to tell her what happened and she said, "no she was fine here, nothing happened." She said she would call us back to pay half of the vet bill but never called back. So unprofessional there, couldn't even let us know our dogs eye was swollen shut, we had to find out when we brought her home. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!
