  • I really like UPS Stores in general, and my local one in particular. I was only at this one since I happened to be in the neighborhood. After I was charged, I had a concern about the security of a document I was going to leave with them. I expressed my concern, and was actually told that the document (that was still in my hand) was now "their property." When I suggested that wasn't likely, they became rude but at least refunded my money. There are other UPS Stores, I recommend you choose one of those.
