  • This store has awful, terrible customer service. No exaggeration. They were super uppity when I asked to have a security tag taken off of a pair of shoes and refused to remove the plastic connector. Then the checkout was incredibly slow, and the woman working the register just stared at us before helping us, like she didn't know what we were there for. I normally love pacsun, and their merch is still awesome, but this particular location needs a visit from corporate... Maybe a manners refresher course from their moms too...
