Outages everyday for the late 7 days. ( issues for over a year) Multiple trouble calls that no tech showed up to the house for this last weekend.( their notes said they checked the signal at the pole. We have no poles. We have underground utilities) Have another trouble call in 3 days. Nothing like having to sit around on our days off to get our cable that costs us $5.50 a day. ($165 per month) When I ask for a credit customer service says they can not apply one till our issue is fixed. Ask for a supervisor to call me back only to be told I have to stay on the line to speak to one. Well my phone doesn't stay connected long enough to stay on the line for 30 min while waiting to speak with one. Here are just o few records of our outages. DO NOT GET COX IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION.
