If this is the business is owned by Billy Gear I would stay far, far away. Under his watch, black algae (the worst form) was in all areas of the pool. When I confronted Billy Gear about this, he just shrugged it off.
He either did not know about black algae or worse just did nothing about it. Once you have black algae, you can remediate by using an algaecide made specifically for black algae. But they have deep roots (look at the damage to the plaster) and if the gunite is impacted can mean a much more costly repair.
All Billy had to do is say something, so buyer beware.
