  • I absolutely hate going to the dentist but after 3 years with no exam I decided it was time. Sweating bullets while filling out my paper work everyone was incredibly welcoming. I had almost no wait and was brought right back to be setup for an exam and X-rays. The hygienist Juan was funny, comforting, and patient. It was very clear he knew what he was doing, fast but not rushed. Dr. Sloan is incredibly professional and kind. I didn't feel judged or lectured for having waited so long to see the dentist - he slowly walked me through the issues I had - making sure I understood everything and all of my options. I needed a good amount of work done and Dr. Sloan helped me understand what I should prioritize in getting done since there was no way I could afford everything all at once. He was incredibly understanding and took plenty of time to help me understand what I needed done, when, and why and gave me lots of options. Couldn't have asked for a more competent or compassionate dentist! Also - I needed a chipped tooth fixed - which I was very nervous about because I have heard horror stories about the color not matching or the composite being thick but I can't tell the difference between the repair and the actual tooth - it looks so good!
