  • So refreshing to finally meet a quality team of Bimmer guys. After living in Hawaii and being yanked around on outrageous labor rates I was ready for the worst. I had been struggling with two cylinders misfiring (my husband replaced coils and plugs of the offending cylinders), but couldn't get her purring. He called them late in the day and was giving appointment the next morning. From my husband: I was greeted by John (I think) very nicely and promptly, he said it would be about an hour so I hung out in the nice lounge and used up some of there complimentary wifi. 10 min later my wife's car came rolling out of the garage. I had made a rookie mistake and not fully seated the coil's electrical connectors. We all had a good laugh. Best of all this was on the house! These guys are great, I will definitely be back once my bimmer arrives from Hawaii.
