  • I truly want to work with this group to figure out why my digestive system has decided to rebel against me. I don't know how clear I can be - I want to come here. I want my appointment. The problem is, the office keeps canceling a MUCH NEEDED follow up. LOOK AT ALL THE CAPS LETTERS I AM USING TO DEMONSTRATE HOW BADLY I WANT TO FEEL BETTER. But I can't, because they keep calling and cancelling my appointments due to 'scheduling conflicts'. I had an appointment on 11/30. Two weeks before the appointment, I get a call asking to reschedule. Okay. So we move it to 12/13. A week after that, I get a voicemail telling me my new appointment has been cancelled and I need to re-book. Oookay. I'm going to do what I need to do because I FEEL LIKE MY STOMACH HATES ME AND I WANT HELP. So this morning I book my third appointment for 12/16. Five hours later I get a voicemail and guess what? They want to cancel and have me reschedule for a FOURTH DATE. This place isn't cheap and it's well regarded as far as the actual medical care. I'm already a patient. Why are they so inconsiderate and why on earth can't they figure out how to book an appointment? I work full time and I also am busy feeling like crap full time and I can't keep rearranging my schedule and asking for PTO for appointments that get cancelled. I refuse to book fourth date that will probably get cancelled before the end of the week. Seriously, Digestive Health of AZ: be more respectful of your patients time and schedules. Don't continuously book appointments that cannot be kept just to cancel them.
