  • Staying over the The Westin Villas and looking for a non-hotel place for breakfast. My fellow yelpers never let me down! Perk was about a 2 minute drive (really, we should have walked), located in a strip mall. It's a little place, but we were seated right away. There appeared to be lots of locals milling about. Ordered the banana, caramel walnut pancakes, and the hubby ordered the same by in the waffle. Felt almost guilty as it was like eating dessert for breakfast. Totally hit the spot! I rarely give a 5 star review but consider this one a 4 1/2. Would return again if ever in the area.
