  • The gallery itself is beautiful and the staff are generally nice and attentive. If I were reviewing the gallery I would say 5 stars. However I am very disappointed in the recent inconsistency that exists with Restoration Hardware's manufacturing process. I have purchased several items from RH and have been very satisfied over the years, however most recently I have been going through fits trying to get a particular piece of furniture delivered without imperfections. It's like I am playing musical chairs except the chairs keep coming to my house and then leave as soon as they come in because they have manufacturers defects that I simply will not accept. In all fairness the staff who work in customer relations have for the most part been very helpful and accommodating, and are currently trying to work on getting me my items in perfect condition, as they should be , for the price I paid for them. I hope this 2 star review is only temporary. I have many pieces from RH and wish to continue to be a client of theirs. I just need my chairs to be as they should be. I now have my chairs finally and they are pretty much perfect and not too much hassle.
