  • WOW is this place a DUMP and overpriced as well. We stayed here for four nights and couldn't wait to get out of here. The good (and the only reasons for two stars): Edge Steakhouse was good. Sit at the bar and have Micheal serve you dinner and cocktails. Very enjoyable, decent food, nice guy. The employees of the hotel. All were very nice and helpful. You could tell they were trying... The SportsBook is pretty cool, big, good service. The bad: Elevators were ridiculous. We waited almost 10 minutes every time. EVERY TIME..... One sit down restaurant for the ENTIRE hotel and convention center. It was a 30+ minute wait for this very very average cafe. 1000's of people looking for something to eat in between sessions.... The ugly: Rooms were beat up, old and really odd. We had two doors on the outside, only one that opened and appeared on the inside of the room. And.....the most ugliest thing about Westgate....The price to value ratio. We spent $2900+ here for four nights, had room service, ate at Edge Steakhouse a few times, two times at cafe, etc. You could honestly stay at Wynn for this amount spent for 4 nights. Crazy crazy crazy.... What a rip off, never again.
