  • I came to Andrew's as they are part of www.tuxedofit.com which allows you to get sized for free and order a tux rental online at another North American location (the wedding I am in happens to be in San Diego). I was a bit apprehensive of going, as I thought there was the chance that the staff might be a bit rude given that I was only going for a free sizing. The experience was the complete opposite and Nick was extremely friendly and professional. As it turns out, we had a good conversation related to my work. Nick definitely seems to get the importance of building relationships with people. I would highly recommend based on the service I received. I do attend formal dinners quite regularly in Toronto so the next time I need a tux rental, I'll definitely go to this shop, despite it being a bit out of the way (I am downtown) due to the strong customer service.
