  • Zimbrick is worse than I thought. after knowing about a problem, I talked to them once on the phone and through a few emails, they still do nothing. It is obvious the problem isn't just a mechanic that had a bad day the problems must go up through management . I guess it's just hard to find a mechanic that is not just about money. This whole problem was over $71. I hope my story helps a few people and maybe save them a few bucks.
