  • Love this place. The staff is always very friendly and I have never had a bad experience with any of the waxers and I've seen about 4-5 different people over the last year or so. I typically go to Old Town but have also been to Arcadia a few times. All salons are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is awesome, scheduling is easy and can be done online, via text or by calling. I have a very odd schedule and am not always in town for the day I pre-book but they are very good about rescheduling me for the day and time I need. I joined the membership for brazilians and armpits which has worked out great and I find it to be cost effective. If you get waxed every month it's cheaper and deducted monthly from your account so you don't have to worry about it. Sometimes they run specials like "try sugaring for free" and since I come monthly I get to take advantage of those as well. The process is quick,efficient and easy. I highly recommend this company.
