Same as Kristen, they changed address without notice and then charge late fees. When you ask for a refund on them, they said "oh, we can't do that." They advised me to go on their website and pay immediately. Well, when you try to log in on their crappy website (that also charges a 3% fee to pay with a card), it asks for your email to send you a link to reset your password- I thought I already had one. They also approved a repair and I had a renter in there. When the renter moved out a year later, I found out they never even completed the repair!!! They I had to go back and find all the emails to prove they actually approved it and never followed through! They of course tried to blame it on the board members who out of the goodness of their hearts volunteer for a thankless job!
