  • I've been going to this place for about a year now -- and sadly, it really disheartens me to see the way that the tableside service is going -- downhill fast. The last time that my wife and I were there, we waited fifteen minutes for a server to come to our table for our drink order before leaving -- only to have our server run out to us and mention that he was "In the back doing other things" and couldn't come out to greet us. The time before that, we had our food at our table for a five or so minutes before our server brought out our drinks, rice, and tortilla shells. I'll be honest -- I fell in love with this chain when they were in Columbus. Now, I kinda dread when company comes over and asks to go to BD's for lunch. With that said, I'll still continue to go -- I can have lamb and have it prepared the way that I like it, but, I've tamed myself down to accept the fact that the service is going to be horrible.
