  • I'm a small business owner and received a phone call early one morning reporting my suite was flooding and water was going into the surrounding suites as well. A pipe had burst inside my suite and there was several inches of water on the floor. Lucky for me, my property management company referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration. They sent out Mikey, who was awesome! He had a Flir thermo camera and all the other high tech gear to get me the proper help I needed quick. Mikey was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The best part was he really wanted to help and do a great job. He didn't try and rip me off and gave me the help and advice I needed at a price that fit my budget. I also spoke with Dan the owner who was also genuinely happy that he could help me. This is a professional, knowledgeable, and honest company. If you ever get in a jam and need help with water damage, these are the guys you want to call.
