  • This vendor, Dave, was given a work order to repair my houses AC via the home warranty company. He initially came out a few days after the request and stated he needed to order a new motor. I thought, okay, i can survive in this heat for a few more days. It has now been over two weeks since then. He absolutely refuses to answer his phone when he sees me calling. Whenever I have the management property call him, he always answers, but I've called him over 25 times in the past week and a half and haven't gotten a single answer. Stay away from this 'company' if you expect to have your AC fixed within 3 weeks in 105 degree weather.
